Born in Texas but raised in
Pennsylvania, Teryl has always had a dual persona as a teaching writer
and writing teacher. Although graduating with a B.S. Degree in
Elementary Education, she worked first as a newspaper correspondent.
She has co-authored several curricular books for Group Publishing and
believes the best way to keep creative is to be a “jack of all trades”
and not specialize in a particular field of work or writing genre. To
practice this, she has held various occupations and has set a personal
goal of publishing books in as many genres as possible. |
